My name is Xinghao Fang (方星皓 in Chinese), and I am currently studying for a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Technology at Zhejiang University, with an expected graduation date of 2026 (potentially longer if I pursue further studies). Experience

  1. MiniSQL

    Zhejiang University Database Systems course

    Developed key database engine components, including:

    • Disk and Buffer Pool Management: Implemented a complete disk and buffer pool management module, including bonus features for enhanced performance.
    • B+ Tree Indexing: Designed and implemented B+ tree data pages (BPlusTreePage, BPlusTreeInternalPage) within the Index Manager, enabling efficient data indexing and retrieval.
    • Recovery Management: Developed the entire Recovery Manager module, ensuring data integrity and crash recovery capabilities for the database system.

  2. MiniOS

    Zhejiang University Operating System course

    The design of this small operating system includes the following contents:

    • RV64 kernel boot and clock interrupt handling
    • RV64 kernel thread scheduling
    • RV64 virtual memory management
    • RV64 user mode programs
    • RV64 page fault handling and fork mechanism
